My education and experience in business studies, investments and mortgage financing is extensive. I hold a CGA, CFE and AMP designation. I am currently a member in good standing with the CGA association of Ontario, CGA association of Canada, CFE associating of Texas and the Canadian Institute of Mortgage Brokers and Lenders. I have been funding private mortgage transactions since 1994.

My business is to match private lenders\Investors with borrowers to complete private mortgage transactions. Lending\investing or borrowing on private mortgages can be complicated, I act as a liaison between the lender\investor and the borrower to help facilitate the transaction.

My business has proven results that benefit both parties, the borrower receives competitive financing to complete their needs and the lender receives a superior return on investment. This process effectively cuts out the middle man (banks) so both parties benefit.
